Oh, Dad has something good on her! YAY.
Mom - some states do not have statutes that bar a reopening of the case. My state requires a 2 year time UNLESS there is immediate danger. And then you can reopen only for a substantial change of circumstances. And, you are assuming we are dealing with a sane person. She's crazy. None of us speak crazy.

OMG dad...seriously what a crazy loon...I could NEVER imagine splitting kids, esp since your boys seem to be so close...AND i'm sorry but really, what judge would look at her and say ok i'll give you 1/2 the kids....what parent wouldn't want ALL of their kids, i cna't imagine only seeing one of mine all the time and the other only occasionally, and soooo not in the kids' best interest...wack job!!!

One friend has back out of writing a letter, she is concern about the ex's temper and effect on her kid, he's good friend of my boys. There are a couple who've said they would think about it and another who is writing right now.

Dad it's too bad the friend backed out, cause if they are worried about the effects, imagine the larger picture effects of her having the two younger kids! I am sorry you have to go through this on top of everything else.
